HK AND GUANGZHOU FEB 09

My first "WINTER"! Al thou it is not really winter since it is already Feb, it was still cold in Hong kong and Guangzhou. Thanks to Vivian again, we are staying at her house for 3 days.

PIX: That's how i look when i just woke up, lunch and off to shopping!

A really big thank you to Mr and Miss Lee for such a warm welcome at the train station and for bringing us around Guangzhou. Mr Lee is a garment factory owner and we were overwhelmed by his warm welcome. He brought us to this amazing restaurant, booked a private room just for the 4 of us. Ordered red wine and a great spread of Famous Guangzhou food! The most "pai sey" (meaning embarrassing)thing was he keep asking us to bottoms up, (fyi, lynn and me are really bad drinkers and we do not practise drinking in the noon) and we know it is considered as impolite to reject hence by 2pm both of us was a bit tipsy.

PS: Remember always to book your rooms with a HEATER during winter. I presume that all rooms are with heater and did not inform the hotel hence for the 1st night we were freezing our ass off! Luckily, warmer pack can be found at any convenient stores and FYI, when the heater finally came on the 2nd night, we were kinda disappointed because it does not make much of a difference. YeaHHH... to stupid dada..
