11hours of bus ride from Singapore to Penang to visit our dear from mabel! Bus left around 9 and reach Penang in the morning next day... It was so hard to sleep and the seats are making my bUtt ache!
Finally we had reached there and the first thing that we wanted to do was to go for coffee and catch up with each other. Mabel bought us to this place "EDELWEISS" which was really comfy and nice. Food was so so only thou.. But it was really nice to just sit in an oldies environment under the sun.
We went a short trip to Penang Hill, Penang Islamic museum, dinner by the beach, the street where all the clubs are just to take a look and HOME SWEET HOME to sleep... because for the past 24 hours we have not been sleeping well and tomorrow is LANGKAWI here we come!

Rise and shine to the beautiful Penang! After the short tour around Penang just for a day, i feel that Penang makes a great place for people who want to retire. Fresh air, great parks.. all I can say that it is great for old folks.
We woke up around 7am.. packed our bags and was ready to go! What started off for me was that Mabel made me a cup of coffee and i was really happy... But! When i took the 1st sip, I got a SHOCK!!!!! It was damn salty!!!!!!!! W.T.H?? Mabel was curious what happen to her coffee and she took a sip too and she spit it out immediately hahha... In the end she realized that she had added SALT instead of SUGAR in the coffee. She had added more "SUGAR" because she knows that I like my coffee sweet lol... What a way to wake me up.

As we only manage to book a hotel on the 2nd night, 1st night we were homeless but in the end we manage to find this chalet like hotel by the street which cos about SG 40 to 50 per night which is by the beach!

** At Seven Wells Waterfalls, the place where fairies are believed to have bathed in times gone by. When we went there, the water fall "energy" was like a kid peeing... so slow... the place was full of litter too.. wonder why can't people just throw their own trash!!!! You have to climb about 480 steps to reach the mid-way of the Seven wells waterfalls.. Pls prepare yourself for the climb.
On our way down to get some drinks, a group of monkeys were chasing one of the tourist who was having a ice cream.. lol... it was so funny.. in the end he gave up and throw the ice cream to the monkeys.

**Langkawi Sky Bridge is a 125 metre curved pedestrian cable-stayed bridge. It is located 700m above sea level at the peak of Gunung Mat Chinchang on Pulau Langkawi.

PIX: We went around driving and around the Four Seasons Hotel area, there were really nice beaches but all these beaches are under the hotels.. anyway there are still parts which are not under the hotel and since we look like tourist, so no one stopped us.
